Vibe Autopsy

With extreme high voltage and amperes during charging, the Vibe battery may fail due to over voltage/amperage.

Stop using it immediately.

We will send you a new unit if it is in warranty, but here is what we need you to do first please:

1 - Complete a video condition inspection and send us the video:

2 - Take it outside and carefully tear the back off of it. You may need to use a dull butter knife etc. to wedge it apart. We want you to do it outside because it will throw little pieces of plastic when the fasteners break. You don't want them flying across the room in your house.

3 - Send us a picture of the inside of the Vibe. like this:

4 - If you are using an AC adapter to charge it, please send us a picture of the charger, specially we are looking to see if you are using a high energy fast charger.

Never use a AC adapter stronger than 5V and 1 Amp

So we need a zoomed in picture of the make and model details, like this:
