Everyone is different.
But in general, we tell customers to use it a minimum of 3-4 times a week for 30 days as a baseline.
This recommendation comes from field experience where if you were going to a clinic, that is roughly how many times you would go before determining if it is effective or not.
If you are not seeing results by then, then its not likely going to work for you, or you potentially self diagnosed the wrong condition and are running the wrong protocol(s).
We have customers who use it many times per day and multiple protocols per day.

We have customers that only need to use it once a month to see and maintain good results and health.
So everyone is different, you just need to try and see what works best for you. Try and keep a journal or take self reported questionnaires for the condition to measure before and after results as well as using any biomarker data like Sleep and HRV with an affordable wearable device like Fitbit Inspire 3.
Sleep and HRV are broad measurement of health improvement. If these 2 improve, it a good indicator that any of the conditions you are addressing and seeking relief from are likely improving.
