I understand exactly what you're asking, but it is a very complicated answer
The VIBE has proprietary protocols as does Bemer and nearly every PEMF manufacturer.
The VIBE uses:
1 - Frequency "pairs" that change every 1-4 minutes on average. The average protocol has 30 or more frequency pairs.
2 - Each protocol is different and range from 30 min to 2.5 hours
3 - The frequencies are between 1-1000 Hz
4 - Maximum 9 gauss controlled by the user
5 - Ramped square wave from
The Bemer uses:
1 - Two frequency modes 10 Hz and 33 Hz
2 - Protocols are sweeps of intensity
3 - About 1 Gauss intensity controlled by the unit
4 - Propriety waveform of sinusoidal increasing intensity
This article is the best explanation we have found of comparing the Bemer to other PEMF devices.

Having said all that if you want to try and mimic the 10 and 30 Hz of the Bemer, on the VIBE use the Brain Wave Alpha and Gamma
