How do you attach the lanyard?

Yes, we know it is a little tricky, the slot is recessed so there is no tab sticking out when the device is against the body.

We purposely did not install the lanyard for you, because many people prefer not to have the lanyard installed and like to wear it in their pocket. So that is why it comes as an option out of the box.

To attach the lanyard, use a wire from a twist tie or a needle to grab the string and feed it through. Here is an explanation of the process.
